- C/SC: CEP vote now open for Defining Package-URLs (PURLs) for conda packages. Deadline 2026-09-16 EOD AoE.
- Team composition across conda and conda-incubator organizations now linted in conda/governance via YAML files, and rendered in conda.org/community/teams. Also new pages render the governance and code of conduct documents in the same section. Same infra coming to conda-forge soon.

- JFrog Artifactory: going to be roll back repodata sharding by default; adding an opt-in option to enable conda repodata shards, which will require re-indexing.
